These Boutique Regatta Apartments have seen 40% in sales. They are located in Rivervale, and have very modern open-plan styles, as seen in the artist impressions.

Ipswich is an area picking up, but investors may have missed some of the growth if they didn’t buy in earlier. We bring you this latest suburb spotlight.

If you’re looking at new developments, Property Observer has recently launched an ‘investor showcase’ with photos and details of current listings.
