An alternative to email newsletters

Property Management Newsletters

Aliasak,

If you actively search online for new marketing ideas, then you've probably seen other businesses using web page newsletters. But have you ever taken the time to consider using web newsletters yourself?

Well . . . maybe it's not something you've given much thought. But just the same, I'm going to take a minute to share the pros and cons. With this information, you may discover you're missing out on another great opportunity.

Pros:

  • You don't need permission to send out the newsletter. You can provide website visitors with some great content even if you haven't collected email addresses.
  • Fresh content on your website can help you increase your Google rankings - so it's easier to be found online.
  • Your newsletter content will help position you as an expert in your industry.

So, as you can see, web page newsletters can offer a lot of benefits. But before you decide to go with a web page newsletter INSTEAD of an email newsletter, take a quick look at a the drawbacks.

Cons:

  • It doesn't require permission. Visitors to your site can quickly peruse your content, leave your site and never return. Having an email address helps you stay in touch with prospects.
  • The only thing you can do is hope prospects and clients will return to your site to read the new content every time you post it. There is no guarantee.
  • You need somewhere to host your newsletter - which requires more effort on your part or assistance from your webmaster.

The best solution for your business really depends on how well you collect email addresses, your main goal (e.g. get more website visitors), and which method is easier for you to publish.

Some Property Management Newsletter customers prefer web page only newsletters, others like to get the benefits of both email and web

Hope that gave you some good insights.

Sincerely,

Dee Allomong
